Every advertisement its own message intended for a set of audience already decided upon while designing the marketing program (strategy). You must have come across the abbreviation - STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning). The targeting part of the abbreviation helps in deciding which set of consumers is the product manufactured for.

This Ad is targeted at (obviously) men who range from college going students to working executives, who would want to stand out and be chased or wanted by women or girls. This Ad is again an imitation of the famous Axe effect ad which appealed to mass young males who wanted to be like the guy in the Ad.

So you could draw an inference that this ad targets a similar set of consumers.
